Veg Pro Singapore Pte Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to make shopping with us possible and to enhance your shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or give your personal information to others.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and if need be, disclose and to whom.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you register to use our website you will be asked to create a password. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password.

 

We do not advise that you stay logged in to your account if you use a shared computer.

If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us immediately. You should also change your password immediately.

You must ensure that the details provided by you when you order and/or on registration or at any time thereafter are correct and complete.

You must inform us promptly of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. You must make sure your details are correct before each delivery is made.

You may submit orders to us by using our online ordering facility on our website at any time. You will be able to review your order and make any corrections before submitting it to us and by submitting the order you confirm that you have made any such corrections.

No order is accepted until our website displays the message “Thank you for your order”. A contract for our sale of products to you arises on our acceptance of your order. You cannot then withdraw or cancel your order after it is submitted and accepted.

The price that we charge you for the products will be the price stated by us on the website prior to you clicking the ‘place order’ button.

Products offered by us are subject to seasonal changes in supply levels and supply prices.

​

Most of our products are priced by weight. However, sometimes the weight you receive may vary, for example, for a single melon, water melon etc., we indicate a weight range (ex. 500 to 650 grams) and you will be charged at the rate specified on your order.

We cannot take back products that are in good condition once they have been delivered to your address provided.

 

It is your responsibility to check your items carefully against the invoice when you receive it to make sure you have received what your ordered. Missing items must be declared within 2 hours of receiving your order. If an item is found to be missing from your order, or you have received the wrong product, we will do our best to deliver it as soon as possible or will provide a refund at the earliest possible date.

 

Ordering a product from us carries with it the obligation to pay for it. Payment should be made at the time of placing your order by our chosen payment gateway or the the time of  delivery by cash.

 

We reserve the right to suspend deliveries to you if you place an order and payment has not been made for your previous order. You agree to compensate us in full against any and all reasonable costs and expenses (including legal costs) that we may incur in obtaining payments due from you that you have not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
