Is there a minimum order for delivery?There is no minimum order for delivery.

What is your delivery fee?For order less than $30, delivery fee is $10. For orders greater than or equal to $30 and less than $50, delivery fee is $5. For orders greater than or equal to $50, there is no delivery charge.

Do you have walk-in shop where I can come and check out the products?Yes! We are located at 470 Serangoon Road Singapore 218143.

Is there a cut-off time for next day delivery?The cut off time is 11.59 PM everyday for next delivery day. We suggest you to order earlier in the day to ensure earliest possible delivery for you.

Do I have to create an account to shop buy online?No, you can checkout as a guest. But when you register you will enter your name, phone, email, contact and delivery details for the first time only. When you purchase anytime these details will be entered automatically for you during checkout. Moreover you will have a personal Dashboard when you login, You can manage your Orders, Addresses, Account details here, You can also view/download your order history, status, order and invoice.

How will my order be packed?Your orders will be packed into plastic bags or thick paper boxs.

Is there any referral coupon?Yes, please ask the person placing the order to include youe email id in the "Add a Note" section during checkout. After verification, we will notify both parties with one-time coupon codes.

Can I add or remove items after placing an order?Unfortunately this feature is not available in the website. But you can reach out to us immediately and we will try our best to accomodate your request.

Can I use more than 1 coupon code at a time?No, only one (1) coupon code can be used per purchase.

I just realised that I will not be in home on the delivery date/time. What can I do?Call us immediatelty at +65 90010054 and we will try to accomodate the changes.

What should I do if an item received is defective?Please report the issue hereor email us at kalai@vegpro.com.sg with photos of the defective item(s) within 1 hour after delivery time. We will either exchange or provide a refund for the defective items.
